These terms apply to all customers holding a precious-metal account with iqmii.

iqmii offers the insured custody of physical precious metal in a vault and the sale of holdings to the gram via the app. Sale proceeds are paid out to a registered bank account.

Accounts are opened with a valid ID. Only adults may open an account. The information provided must be truthful.

A storage fee is charged for custody. Sale-related fees are shown transparently before a sale is confirmed.

Sales are executed at the rate then in effect, which is shown on the platform and may change during the booking process. Proceeds are typically transferred to the registered account the next business day.

iqmii is not liable for losses arising from price changes in the precious-metal market. Customers are responsible for keeping their access credentials safe.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Goldboerse.ch AG in Basel.
